All trips do gym workouts either in a personal fitness studio or outdoors. We’ll teach you how to workout independently at home (eg. Peloton classes), without public gyms.

All trips combine self-guided & guided tour, and you definitely can opt for silence anytime you want on trails. Your guide will cover for you, so nobody will notice.
Eating with others, especially if with them all day
Only if your trip has all-day hikes, will you eat together. Guests return to hotel room at lunch, and prepare their own evening meals.
